We are an agency specialized in digital experimentation (CRO, A/B testing, User Research web & product analysis) and based in Paris, in the 2nd arrondissement.

Opportunity and role 🤓

1 - Diagnose & convince:

  • Identify brands with strong potential for digital optimization and approach decision-makers with a qualitative and personalized approach.
  • Assess the needs of your contacts (Marketing, Digital, E-commerce Directors, Data/CRO Managers, etc.) to understand their business challenges.
  • Co-develop the strategic recommendation with our technical experts: you are not selling a "package," you are designing a tailor-made solution.
  • Present the Welyft value proposition and conduct negotiations as a partner, right up to the signing of the contract.

2 - Support & build loyalty:

  • Be the guarantor of the post-signature customer relationship: you remain the primary contact to ensure that promises are kept.
  • Host quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to present results and adjust the roadmap with the client.
  • Identify new growth drivers among your customers by proactively offering them new expertise tailored to their maturity level.

3 - Structure & collaborate:

  • Monitor the sector to speak the same language as your customers and understand market trends.
  • Work closely with the production team (data consultants, CRO, etc.) to ensure a smooth transition between sales and implementation.
  • Help improve our offerings with the feedback you gather in the field.

4 - Co-create & spread the word

  • Working hand in hand with our technology partners.
  • Participate in internal and external events.
  • Contribute to the agency's reputation

You will work directly with Clément, co-founder of Welyft.

What we are looking for ❤️

Above all, we are looking for someone who can build trust.

Business skills 🧑‍💻:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales or customer management role, ideally in a digital agency, consulting firm, or digital services company.
  • You have a consultative sales approach: you like to dig deep into your clients' problems, ask relevant questions, and add value before talking about contracts.
  • You have a good understanding of digital technology: You understand how the web works (traffic, conversion, UX, data) and can hold your own with experts.
  • You are comfortable managing a pipeline on CRM (Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.) and prospecting tools.
  • Mastering a second language is a major asset.

People skills 🫶:

  • Empathy & active listening: You know that selling starts with listening. Your primary goal is to help your customer.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: You know how to adapt your communication style to suit both a CEO and a digital project manager.
  • Gentle persistence: You know how to follow up and maintain contact without ever being aggressive or intrusive.

2️⃣ Meeting with Clément (Co-founder) + Sales scenario (Pitch/Roleplay) - 1.5-2 hours

3️⃣ Interview with another co-founder or team member - 30-45 min

4️⃣ Debrief
