Opportunity and role 🤓
We are looking for a passionate and talented senior CX/UX consultant!
The goal is to be able to work for one of our clients, a leader in the luxury/jewelry sector. 💎
By joining Welyft, you will work within a dynamic team, collaborating with our data and activation experts.
Your role will be :
1 - Lead the design of engaging and effective user experiences:
- Define and optimize user journeys in close collaboration with analyses from consultants in other departments and/or the team.
- Designing modern, streamlined, user-centered interfaces, whether for websites or mobile apps aimed at the general public, or for business tools and interfaces used internally by our clients, all while adhering to company guidelines and consulting with a large number of stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes on Figma, leading the ideation, design, and validation phases with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Provide support to the Maison's partner agency on the UI side in order to guide them during the design process.
- Write the design note to provide a structured framework for how the interface or web page will function. This involves explaining its various interactions and drafting business guidelines.
2 - Create and facilitate co-design workshops:
- Organize and lead UX workshops (co-design, prioritization, card sorting, user journeys, tree diagrams, etc.) with internal teams and clients.
- Adopt a facilitator role to develop a shared vision among the various stakeholders (marketing, product, tech, etc.).
- Adapt workshop formats to each project context (scoping, MVP, redesign, continuous optimization, etc.).
3 - Conducting user tests:
- Participate in defining the scope of tests by setting objectives, hypotheses to be validated, and user profiles to be recruited.
- Design appropriate protocols and have them validated by project stakeholders.
- Implement tests, whether moderated or unmoderated, using tools such as UserTesting.
- Conduct or supervise interviews, then analyze user feedback to identify points of friction and areas for improvement.
- Formalize and present lessons learned in the form of clear, concrete, and directly actionable recommendations.
4 - Work across departments with the CRO, product, and tech teams:
- Co-develop UX solutions with internal teams (consultants, developers, project managers, product management) in a spirit of ongoing collaboration.
- Contribute to the team's overall vision and strengthen synergy between different areas of expertise, in particular by proposing A/B testing and fully integrating accessibility, SEO, and web performance into interface design.
- Promote smooth communication between business and technical departments, acting as a mediator on user issues.
- Ensure functional and visual consistency across all interfaces, channels, and media.
5 - Serve as the UX expert within the team:
- Be a driving force in UX/UI monitoring: trends, tools, frameworks, industry benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with UX standards (Baymard, Norman Nielsen, accessibility guidelines, etc.).
- Challenge and develop the team's design methodologies and UX deliverables.
- Bring a comprehensive, performance-oriented UX vision that is aligned with clients' business objectives.
