Opportunity and role 🤓

Once you've been trained in our processes, you'll start working in pairs with your mentor. Rest assured, we'll support you as you grow your skills!

Your role will be :

1 - Guiding :

  • Set up a CRO program (A/B Testing) and training courses (Analytics, Activation, Dashboarding, CRO, Customer journey, etc.).
  • Spread the culture of CJO (Customer Journey Optimization), the new CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)!

2 - Collecting :

  • Designing marking plans
  • Setting up web analytics tools

3 - Analyze :

  • Study our customers' sites using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Piano Analytics, Adobe Analytics), our UX criteria grid and reach tracking tools (ContentSquare, Hotjar, etc.).
  • Formalize optimization recommendations

4 - Activate :

  • Create the best experiences (AB test, push, personalization) by improving your customers' performance and user experience.
  • Supervise the entire activation production chain. (Brief, wireframes, mock-ups, development, tracking dashboard, activation settings using our customers' marketing tools...)

You'll be working with Amaury, co-founder of Welyft. With 8 years' experience in digital & data, he has developed his expertise with customers in a wide range of sectors, and in particular implemented highly advanced personalization strategies. His passions? Running, cycling, climbing, swimming and flea markets!

What we are looking for ❤️

Business skills 🧑‍💻:

  • You have already explored one of the analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, AT Internet...)
  • You know one of the Activation tools (Optimize, AB Tasty, Dynamic Yield, Optimizely...) or UX tools (Hotjar, Content Square...)
  • Having already produced wireframes / creas (UX/UI) using Figma (or another tool) is an asset.
  • Speak a second language? That's ideal 🇬🇧🇮🇹🇪🇸!

Human skills 🫶:

  • You're into analytics and business
  • You are a good communicator with good interpersonal skills (written and oral).
  • You're creative: you know how to propose and implement impactful solutions. You know how to think "out of the box".
