Didomi
Didomi is the leading French platform for consent and user preference management. It enables organizations to collect, store and orchestrate consents in compliance with GDPR and international privacy legislation, while maximizing acceptance rates to preserve the quality of collected data.
What is Didomi?
The tool is a Consent Management Platform (CMP) and a Preference Management Platform (PMP) that enables companies to collect user consents in a transparent and compliant manner, centralize their communication preferences and orchestrate the transmission of these consent signals to all third-party tools (analytics, personalization, etc). The platform offers fully customizable consent interfaces to maximize opt-in rates without compromising on compliance. The range also includes a CMP for mobile apps and connected TV, Advanced Compliance Monitoring (tracker scanning and audit-ready reports) and a rights request management module (Privacy Requests). Since the acquisition of Addingwell in April 2025, Didomi also offers a server-side tagging module, Addingwell by Didomi, whose Event Consent Monitoring verifies that consent is applied to every event sent server-side.
When should you use Didomi?
Didomi is essential for any organization that collects personal data from European users or those subject to similar legislation (CCPA, LGPD). It is particularly useful when you want to centralize consent management across all your digital properties, optimize your opt-in rates to preserve the volume of usable data, or ensure the correct transmission of consent signals to your stack. This has become even more important since June 15, 2026: Google's Consent Mode, via the ad_storage parameter, has become the sole setting controlling advertising data collected by Google Analytics and transmitted to Google Ads, and the Google Signals setting no longer acts as a safeguard. The CMP becomes the single control point between user choices and the Google stack, which requires checking the default values of ad_storage for each country. Google has announced that the ad_personalization parameter will, in turn, become the sole control for advertising personalization later in 2026.
